Forensic results awaited

FORENSIC investigation is still continuing in Pretoria following the death of Richards Bay teacher, Yolanda Willemse.
Police have confirmed that tests will take up to six weeks to draw a conclusion on the cause of death and have stated that no foul play is suspected at this time.
Willemse went missing from her home after leaving the house to go to the shops.
A huge manhunt by her family and police took place over three days before her body was found in her vehicle in the port area three days later.
Evidence established that Willemse had died on Tuesday night, but police have still not been able to verify her whereabouts during the time she was missing.
This week, her husband Hannes told the Zululand Observer he wished to thank the community for all their support during the family’s traumatic ordeal.
‘Yolande’s funeral took place on Friday and we are still waiting for the forensic results.
‘These last few weeks have been very hard for my family and I would like to thank everybody who has supported us during this time, particularly my employers Cleancor, Hillside Aluminium management and the Bell helicopter team for making themselves available on such short notice at the time of the search.’
