The new Ziningi Conference Centre,
situated on the Tuzi Gazi Waterfront in
Richards Bay opened its doors to the public
on Wednesday.
Previously known as the Quay Walk Conference
Centre, the new venue follows the
introduction of a new Black Economic
Empowerement (BEE) partner - Ziningi
Investment Holdings (PTY) Ltd.
Offering an end-to-end solution in
consulting, training, conferencing,
development and management of people,
Ziningi Investment Holdings is now the
majority shareholder.
According to CEO of Ziningi Investment
Holdings Professor Adelaide Magwaza the
conference centre was the national company’s
first conferencing initiative.
‘Closely aligned partnerships form part of
our preferred Total Service Delivery and we
have recently added conferencing to our
portfolio of services.
‘People Development in Africa is a strategic
imperative and we are part of the Total
Economic and Educational solution,’ said
Magwaza.
Overlooking the marina on the Tuzi Gazi
Waterfront, the centre has two venues - the
Quayside Room and the Loft, seating 60 and
25 respectively.
The Ziningi Conference Centre boasts state
of the art technology and caters for
business and after hour events including
meetings, conferences, training sessions,
seminars, workshops, product launches,
presentations and corporate functions and
